PC Mapper - constructed by Ake Akesson in 1984(!). It is complete program allows vector drawing, handling with map files, export/import to .ocd and other formats and much more.. Synchronizing files from PDA can be done via PC Mapper as well.

PDA version serves for connecting and using GPS. Drawing all kind of features (points, lines, surfaces even texts). Working with exact sizes and widths of symbols directly out in field is great advantage.
